As you work through each question, hold a real situation in mind: a project where the timeline was uncomfortable, a relationship that felt like it was under strain, a conversation where something was at stake and you felt it. The specific details matter less than the feeling of it.

When a question makes you think "it depends," push through it. Ask yourself: if I had to act right now, in that state, what would I actually do? That answer is the one worth recording.
